Many people over the years have known me as “Dena on the Move” and rightly so, as it seems that I never slow down! There is just something really special about helping a new client with all the tiny, yet extremely important, decisions that go into finding or selling your home that lets my true passion shine through.

I strive to weave together all of my “Preferred Partners” into a solid team that will take care of you every step of your journey, from before you buy, until well after the moment you close on the exact home of your needs that we will find together!

Trust and respect are super important to me and I want you to feel that from the moment we first meet. I probably won’t be showing up in a stuffy suit if that’s what you’re looking for, but instead, you will find that I’m a pretty down-to-earth, honest, “straight-shooter” that strives to make my clients feel as though they are the only client with whom I am currently working. Living the "green" life has become a passion and therefore, it made perfect sense to incorporate it into my work.

Recently, I became EcoBroker Certified® and this has been a highlight of my career. The pleasure I get in educating people, as I am learning myself, on how to look for, and live the small changes in our lifestyle that help us live healthier lives, while contributing something back to the planet, goes well beyond my expectations.

My husband, Bill and I, along with our dog, Bella, take full advantage of all that Jacksonville has to offer its residents. We both agree that it’s a great place to live and we love it here! Bill is a custom home builder which dovetails nicely with my work, as he has shared a lot of the processes of what’s important in finding quality craftsmanship and attention to the “eco-details” for my clients’ homes.

A licensed REALTOR® for over a decade in Jacksonville, I moved here in 1995 after spending 16 years in Orlando working in a variety of positions from Executive Assistant to Flight Attendant to a Mortgage Loan Advisor. A wealth of experience, but nothing compared to the career that I enjoy today!

With regards to your move, I can appreciate the “moving” details that are involved. I am the proud daughter of a Ret. Lt.Col.Air Force Pilot, who went on to work with the Joint Chief of Staff at the Pentagon after returning from Vietnam. Moving was a way of life for my family and I. Both of my parents at one time or another were in real estate, thus laying the groundwork for my career.

Regarding my career, yes, I’ve won awards for customer service, and yes, I receive most of my business from previous customer referrals, this is true, but none of that matters, unless you feel that my services are exactly what you are looking for in buying or selling your Jacksonville home.
